Flint River Restoration

Anlaan performed dam removals and riffle construction efforts the Genesse County in the City of Flint. The scope of in-water work included the removal of two low head height dams and the construction of 6 riffles to restore the natural structure of the river. Anlaan has extensive experience performing work in and around bodies of water and was able to complete the project well ahead of schedule. Anlaan’s in-water work was completed in November of 2024. Park and trail improvements along the river front will then be completed by other contractors.
