Broadway Park Pedestrian Bridge

As part of the new Broadway Park West Development in the City of Ann Arbor, Anlaan Corporation was contracted by O’Neal Construction to construct the pedestrian bridge allowing access to the development from across the Huron River. Anlaan prepared the site and built new abutments for a prefabricated pedestrian bridge spanning 175’. The prefabricated bridge was fully assembled in a staging area and later set in place utilizing a 900-ton mobile crane. The development is expected to be completed in 2025-2026 featuring many amenities for the community to gather and 2400 feet of new trails which connects to Ann Arbors B2B regional trail system through the new pedestrian bridge.
